Yes! Most Soft Rebels ceramics are offered through monthly preorder windows.

I open the shop for a limited time each month and make the pieces ordered during that window as a batch. This helps me keep production small and intentional while avoiding unnecessary overproduction. It also allows for you to tell me which colors and design you want!

Treat it like the little handmade object it is. ♡

Avoid dropping or knocking it against hard surfaces. When fastening a ceramic to the wall, be careful to not over-tighten. This tension can cause the ceramic to crack. I recommend using two nails in the wall to rest the piece on instead of screwing it in and risking cracking.

Oh no. While I package every piece carefully and snugly, ceramics are fragile and sometimes shipping is less gentle than we'd like.

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and send photos of the damaged piece and packaging to tessa@softxrebels.com. I'll work with you to figure out the next step.

Because most Soft Rebels pieces are made to order, I don't generally accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If there is a problem with your order, it arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please reach out and I'll make it right.

Yes! Shipping costs and any customs, duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
